The 20,919-square-foot main residence combines clean architectural lines with warm textures and a connection to the outdoors, brought to life through a collaboration between Candelaria Design and Arcadia Custom Builders, with a recent addition by Katie Bowe Design. Floor-to–ceiling windows overlook lush greenery and the iconic silhouette of Mummy Mountain, while the interiors maintain a calming aesthetic with a soft, light color palette.
